Dr. Sandra Lee is a dermatologist who has worked in the Los Angeles area for 15 years. She specializes in the removal of various lumps and cysts in different parts of the patient's skin and has a national reputation. Angelina has a huge chest lump under her left chest, which not only affects her love life, but also greatly reduces her self-confidence and worth. Delano is an ambitious but depressed young man with a mysterious, football-sized lump on his back, which has affected his ability to get a job, leading to his recent homelessness. Carla came all the way from Mississippi to Los Angeles with her vibrant Southern charm to remove five big, painful cysts from her scalp.
